Jonathan is a highly successful professional Human Resources and Organisational Development consultant with a broad range of experience at senior level in change management and transformation programmes. He has worked in the public and private healthcare, pharmaceutical and local government sectors where he has operated at a strategic level and has successfully turned around failing services.
As a consultant he works with clients to help improve employee wellbeing and productivity. He specialises in quickly establishing the scope and benefits of programmes, developing effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders and delivering the required outcomes.
