Jon is an experienced corporate trainer and executive coach, who specialises in working with groups and individuals to improve leadership, wellbeing and resilience through Emotional Agility, Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology and Psychological Flexibility.

He specialises in helping people to maximize their impact, and to thrive in increasingly complex and demanding situations by focussing on developing habits that increase energy and maintain resilience.

Jon has worked with a range of business clients including Cisco Systems, Johnson & Johnson, GlaxoSmithKline, and a number of high-profile charities and third sector organisations. His work has taken him to many different parts of the world – Germany, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates. Wherever he has gone he has helped to foster an engaged, motivated, energized workforce based on values to give clients’ a crucial strategic advantage.


He holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Forensic Psychology, and is an accredited Co-Active Coach, certified with the International Coaching Federation. In recent years he has developed a focus on Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT).

In 2015 Jon co-authored the popular psychology self-help book ‘ACTivate Your Life’
